Prices include the tourist tax.
In High season we only accept reservations with arrivals and departures on Saturday or Sunday and with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
In Medium Season and Low Season we only accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights.
Check-In is from 4:00 pm and Check-Out by 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.

How to confirm your reservation
To confirm your booking, send within 3 days a bank transfer of 50% of the entire amount of the stay as a deposit (Caparra Confirmatoria), as reason enter name, surname, arrival date and departure date (example: Mario Rossi 15/01/2050 – 22/01/2050). We will provide you with our bank code by e-mail.
How to cancel confirmed reservations
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded.
For cancellations made in the last 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations made in the last 7 days before the arrival date, the entire amount of the stay must be paid.
If you consider it useful, we recommend that you get private travel insurance to cover the cost of an unexpected last-minute cancellation.
